aviyah is getting stronger and stronger. she is feeling better from her cold, and she's starting to have "coo" conversations. if you coo at her, she will coo back at you. here, she is holding herself up!

aviyah has a little bit of sniffles. yesterday, we visited dr. watson to see what's up. dr. watson said that aviyah looked great, but she has a little bit of stuff in the back. we are trying to give her little noses saline, and she is starting to get a little better. *hope* *hope*

we are home from chicago, and aviyah is getting bigger and bigger. (we had lots of fun with mommom and papa and everybody!) she is 12 weeks old tomorrow, and she is smiling and cooing and kicking. first, she smiled if you smiled at her. now, she is even smiling if she finds something fun or funny.

aviyah is on a firmer schedule for bedtimes, and she's doing really well. every night we take her for a long walk outside, and then we come home to give her a bath. after the bath, we make her room very dark and quiet. she nurses with samantha and then falls to sleep. we are trying to find a routine for her daytime naps to help consolidate her shorter day sleep.
